Har'rell Chisolm, PA, a Sr. Paralegal, is a multifaceted entrepreneur, author, and community advocate based in West Haven, CT, and Atlanta, Georgia. 

Born in Charleston, SC, and raised in the Bronx, New York, he has built a diverse career spanning entertainment, business consulting, and the legal industry. Entertainment & Business Services: In 1996, Chisolm founded Accountable Business Management & Creative Marketing. In 2001, Elohim Productions, Inc., and AJH-ELOHIM, LLC were formed, initially focusing on business development & management and marketing solutions for small businesses and entertainment venues. 

The company also expanded into event production, organizing concerts, theater plays, and artist showcases across various cities. During the 2008 market crash, Chisolm saw a need to assist those who were losing their jobs and facing unemployment during the recession. His ability to challenge the system and regain their job positions, as well as unemployment benefits, drove him to pursue a degree in Paralegal Science.

 In 2015 Har’rell Chisolm earned a degree in paralegal studies to assist his community with legal matters, particularly in family law, providing Pro Se support and teaching individuals to represent themselves in court. Chisolm is the father of Jeannette I. Anderson Staff Sgt. Avonye John Cavon Chisolm, a U.S. Army Ranger who tragically passed away in 2016 during an alleged training exercise.

In honor of his son's memory, Chisolm has been involved in various initiatives supporting military families and advocating for community engagement.
